#PHPJZS147 Finally got a full Dyno Tune! Final Numbers are 480WHP & 430WTQ Our Aristo is setup with an ECUMaster EMU. We have now dialed in some of the EMU’s more advanced features such as Dual Knock Control, Boost Control and Wideband Closed Loop Fueling. Our power goals were set very early on in the build for a daily, reliable 450WHP. We we’re able to reach and slightly surpass our goals with around 18PSI of boost running 94 Octane Pump Gas. If you’ve not yet seen our full Introduction post for our shop 1995 Toyota Aristo (#phpjzs147) check it out here http://www.post-haste.ca/?p=395 The Turbo’s external wastegate was being controlled with a Turbosmart manual boost controller set at 12PSI. The factory ECU was actually still doing a reasonable job at this level although the stock ignition timing was probably a bit aggressive. Here is a Baseline DynoRead More →

It was a typically wet and windy Vancouver winters day. We we’re fortunate enough to get a tour of the SerialNine fabrication and design shop as well as get a peak at some of their upcoming products. I’d like to say that although S9 don’t produce productsRead More →
